The Sandvipers
are a semi-pro baseball organization consisting of several
divisional teams competing in multiple leagues and tournaments year
round—from the Pacific Southwest League which is part of the
National Baseball Congress to the MABL/MSBL leagues.
National
Tournaments include the Desert Classic in Palm Springs, the Las
Vegas Kickoff Classic, the Las Vegas Open, and the World Series in
Phoenix. The Sandvipers play more than 125 games a year and enjoy
competing in exhibition games against other competitive teams.
